Nintendo have dominated the handheld market for years and it looks like they may be working on a new motion sensing handheld. The patent was filed in March this year. The gameboy that they used to illustrate the motion sensing capabilities is most likely just a placeholder. Nintendo did have motion sensing for the gameboy advanced for Warioware the game, and thanks to hackers the Nintendo DS also has motion sensing.
